For over a year, the custom modification’s department has not only been focusing on the customization task at hand, but also maturing their processes and systems in order to provide a quality customized product. The programming team for the department is responsible for designing new or modifying existing systems, as well as analyzing system specifications. As a result , our team of dedicated experts can customize our Cougar Mountain Software with a solution that fits your exact needs.
The CSD (Customer Service Division) Program Manager oversees all customization projects are carried out according to their specifications, while maintaining schedules. The CSD Program Manager also leads all CSD software testing, installation, and customer support for the custom modifications department.
