Our Custom Modification Department is here to help all of our customers who have unique accounting software needs that are not met in our accounting packages. This service is available to all of our customers who are on CMS Professional or Denali.

The Process
Get a Free Estimate
Almost every company needs software assistance, especially when you need to streamline your operations. If you feel that "if only the software would let me do that" - then tell us about it.
After Initial Contact
- An Account Executive will put you in touch with the CSD Program Manager to determine your requirements.
- A detailed quote is then produced for you explaining the customization proposal.
- Upon your approval of the quote, the customization product is produced, tested, and documented.
- Finally, we install the new program in your office and train personnel on its operation, as necessary.
Installation and Support Services
When you purchase a custom modification from us, it includes the following:
- Basic documentation outlining the changes.
- Installation and basic training changes in use of this modification only. It does not include comprehensive use of our software.
- User's guide (when necessary).
- Customer support directly from the Custom Modification Department.
- Up to two annual upgrades/updates on the custom modification (except reports).
