After Initial Contact
- An Account Executive will put you in touch with the Account Executive to determine your requirements.
- A detailed quote is then produced for you explaining the customization proposal.
- Upon your approval of the quote, the customization product is produced, tested, and documented.
- Finally, we install the new program in your office and train personnel on its operation, as necessary.
Installation and Support Services
When you purchase a custom modification from us, it includes the following:
- Basic documentation outlining the changes.
- Installation and basic training changes in use of this modification only. It does not include comprehensive use of our software.
- User's guide (when necessary).
- Customer support directly from the Custom Modification Department.
- Up to two annual upgrades/updates on the custom modification (except reports).
